Our starting point

Field work shapes the system.

Ninjacrab, our predecessor, began in 2021 with installation, water logistics and daily care.

Daily care exposed the need to connect each crab, its habitat, feeding, water conditions and stock changes. Notebooks grew into digital workflows—the starting point for AquaOS.
